Job summary

SnapLogic is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to lead complex end-to-end deployments of Jean‑Paul for our most strategic customers. You will own discovery, technical scoping, connectivity, and rollout, partnering directly with the customer's engineering and business teams.

This US-based role is preferred to be based in San Francisco, with up to 50% travel to customer sites. You will deploy into customer environments, including on‑prem or cloud, and work with MCP, OAuth, and SSO integrations to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering or technical deployment experience, including real infrastructure work (Linux, Docker, networking, at least one major cloud, enterprise SSO/OAuth)
• Experience deploying systems powered by LLMs or agents and understanding how model behavior affects user experience
• Ability to map customer tools and processes to a trustworthy context layer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments of Jean‑Paul for strategic customers.
• Own discovery, technical scoping, connectivity, and rollout with customer teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM to measure production adoption and impact.
• Deploy JP into diverse environments including customer VPCs, on‑prem Docker hosts, behind proxies and firewalls.
• Configure SSO, connect to AI providers, and establish MCP connections to customer systems.
• Document learnings and patterns to accelerate future deployments.
• Advise customers honestly and propose better or combined solutions.
