Job summary

SnapLogic seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to lead complex end-to-end deployments of Jean-Paul for strategic customers. You own discovery, scoping, connectivity, and rollout, partnering with customer engineering and business teams.

Success is measured by production adoption, workflow impact, and field feedback shaping the product. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM; travel to customer sites up to 50% in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on engineering or deployment experience with infrastructure.
• Experience deploying systems powered by AI/LLMs or agents.
• Ability to translate complex problems into actionable workstreams.
• Comfort with ambiguous scope and proactive discovery.

Responsibilities

• Teach and enable customer teams to continue shipping without you in the room.
• Expand adoption across business functions and identify next wins.
• Map customer landscapes, surface high-value use cases, and rank by value.
• Own technical landing across customer environments and establish MCP connections.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and GTM to inform roadmap.
