Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned strategist to advance Finance AI and Data strategy capabilities on a global scale. You will shape vision, build roadmaps, and drive value for Fortune 500 clients by embedding AI and data into Finance functions.

You will collaborate with CFOs and senior leaders to deliver transformative strategies across platforms, data foundations, and operating models, with a focus on measurable ROI and responsible AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years turning ambiguous enterprise problems into clear strategies.
• 5+ years in AI and data strategy across Finance, HR, and Operations.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models.
• 5+ years of hands-on data management and analysis.
• 5+ years leading multi-stakeholder delivery in global environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years) minimum; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision for Finance AI strategies linked to real business outcomes.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Architect AI and data strategies spanning platforms, data foundations, and operating models.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and funded roadmaps.
• Assess AI/data maturity and diagnose what needs to change.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across complex, distributed teams.
• Embed Responsible AI principles from the start and drive value.
