Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to shape AI-driven business reinvention and build scalable data strategy across client organizations. You will lead engagements, define strategic roadmaps, and drive responsible AI initiatives with strong client relationships in a fast-paced consulting environment.

The role requires 4+ years in AI/Data Strategy, 4+ years in consulting, and proven delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in AI and Data Strategy with enterprise scope (data strategy, talent strategy, value case, data management).
• 4+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 4+ years of leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 4+ years of large-scale delivery experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI platforms.
• Assess maturity of AI and data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization and future-ready operating model.
• Create business cases, investment profiles and roadmaps including revenue upside and cost takeout.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and development of commercialization opportunities.
