Salesforce is seeking a Specialist Account Executive focused on AiDAPT to help customers transform with AI, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform. You will drive adoption of Agentforce within assigned accounts and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered outcomes.

You will engage executive, data, and IT leaders across commercial and enterprise segments, build trusted relationships, and translate complex SaaS solutions into measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex, multi-product SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI and data-driven technologies.
• Ability to lead consultative discovery conversations.
• Experience articulating how Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform can solve business problems.
• Navigate diverse buying environments, from growth to complex enterprises.
• Adaptable sales approach for commercial or enterprise segments.
• Engage business and technical stakeholders including executive, data, and IT leaders.

Responsibilities

• Help customers navigate AI-driven transformation and align objectives with data/AI capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to modernize engagement using Salesforce's AI-first platform.
• Drive adoption and growth of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
• Act as trusted advisor guiding customers through multi-cloud solutions with measurable AI value.
• Engage executive, data, and IT leaders to accelerate platform adoption.
• Measure success via AI and Data Cloud consumption and expanded platform use.
• Collaborate with Core AEs, Solution Engineers, Product Specialists and Partners.
