You will partner with customers to modernize engagement and operations using Salesforce’s AI‑first platform, drive adoption of Agentforce and Data Cloud, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex multi‑product SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI and data‑driven technologies.
• Proven ability to conduct consultative discovery conversations and articulate business value.

Responsibilities

• Help customers navigate AI‑driven transformation by aligning objectives with AI capabilities.
• Partner with customers to identify opportunities to modernize engagement and operations using Salesforce’s AI‑first platform.
• Drive adoption of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform within assigned accounts; act as trusted advisor.
• Engage business and technical stakeholders to drive AI‑powered transformation and accelerate platform adoption.
• Operate across diverse buying environments, from growth accounts to complex multi‑stakeholder enterprises.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive, customer‑centric solutions.
