Job summary

Nimble Gravity is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to oversee a defined portfolio of engagements across US and LATAM regions. You’ll connect Growth, Delivery, and Solutions, manage executive relationships, and steer delivery risks while keeping close visibility on day-to-day work.

You’ll own the client relationship, frame engagements around business impact, and drive expansion by identifying opportunities and aligning with client strategy. Strong communication with executives is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in client-facing roles with clear ownership of relationships, delivery, and account growth.
• Experience in technology, data, or AI consulting — strongly preferred.
• The instinct to know when to engage, how to frame difficult conversations, and communicate with executives (English C1).
• Comfort running engagements day-to-day while developing a view on account direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship. Build long-term partnerships grounded in honesty and business acumen.
• Co-discover with clients rather than anchoring to an early diagnosis.
• Frame every engagement around business impact: revenue, cost, margin, risk, speed.
• Drive expansion. Identify and shape opportunities within your accounts.
• Protect delivery health. Track satisfaction and risk proactively.
• Stay close to the work. Sprint planning, backlog refinement, client reviews.
