Job summary

YO AI Labs in the United States is seeking a Strategic Alliance Manager – Data & AI to drive alliance strategy, co-sell motions, and ecosystem orchestration across enterprise partners.

You will partner with sales, engineering, and marketing to build joint business plans, execute GTM campaigns, and accelerate growth in AI, data, and cloud solutions for the CPG, Retail, and consumer sectors.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in strategic alliances or ecosystem management.
• Experience with technology partners such as Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of AI, data, cloud, and analytics stacks.
• Experience driving co-sell motions and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Executive communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in CPG, Retail, or Consumer industries preferred.
• Familiarity with hyperscaler co-sell programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CPG & Retail accounts to shape joint business plans.
• Develop and execute joint GTM campaigns, industry plays, workshops and events.
• Build trusted relationships across partner sales, industry solution engineering and exec teams.
• Drive executive cadence, QBRs, account mapping and governance with partners.
• Enable joint account planning and coordinated sales motions across enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with sales to position partner-aligned AI, data and cloud solutions.
• Generate pipeline from partner-originated and partner-influenced opportunities.
• Track co-sell metrics and partner-sourced revenue with alliance management teams.
• Stay current on Azure Cloud, Databricks Lakehouse, AI/GenAI architectures and data platforms.
• Partner with sales, pre-sales, technology, marketing, and delivery leadership.
