Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Manager, Customer Success – Commercial to lead a team of Customer Success Managers serving Commercial accounts across API, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and related surfaces. You will drive expansion, retention, and value realization while partnering with Sales and product teams to scale CS processes.

You will mentor a team of ~5, guiding change management, adoption strategies, and executive-level engagements with founders and C-level leaders at high-growth companies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in customer success or related roles.
• 3+ years frontline management experience.
• Experience building CS teams for SaaS/API/AI/ML.
• Experience with mid-market, PE-backed, and SMB portfolios.
• Strong understanding of consumption-based business models.
• Ability to articulate ROI and drive customer business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of ~5 Customer Success Managers.
• Develop scalable CS motions to accelerate consumption and expansion.
• Coach team on CS best practices, change management, and value realization.
• Drive key CS metrics: expansion, health scores, retention, CSAT.
• Engage with executives at high-growth, PE-backed companies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to advocate for customers.
