Job summary

Adobe seeks an experienced Strategic Development Manager to join the Creativity and Productivity Enterprise Customer Strategy and Success team in San Francisco, focusing on GenAI adoption and AI-driven consumption growth across large creative agencies and professional services.

You will own driving adoption of Creative Cloud’s generative AI capabilities, engage with Firefly Boards, APIs, and Custom Models, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and Product teams to deliver end-to-end

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise software and ability to learn new solutions quickly.
• Strong presentation skills for audiences of all titles and sizes.
• Foundational AI understanding and ability to translate it into customer conversations.
• Consultative approach to identify business gaps and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive GenAI adoption growth within Creative Cloud for strategic agencies and services.
• Lead enterprise demos, pilots, and proofs of concept for high-value use cases.
• Engage customers on Firefly Enterprise API and Custom Model opportunities.
• Support Foundry and Creative Foundations workflows and asset management scenarios.
• Partner with CS, Sales, and Product to deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions.
• Present strategic roadmaps, ROI, and adoption plans to executives.
• Lead customer advocacy activities and capture insights to influence product strategy.
