Job summary

Adobe seeks a Director of Product Management for Firefly Foundry to lead the product organization and drive strategy across a multi-model platform. You will partner with engineering, AI research, design, and go-to-market to shape enterprise capabilities and a trusted surface for customization at scale.

Lead cross-functional teams, define success metrics, and ensure safe, compliant, and Governor-ready experiences for customers leveraging generative media models in production environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in multi-surface or platform products.
• Strong understanding of generative media models and customization (fine-tuning, evals, prompts).
• Experience building enterprise or developer platforms (APIs/SDKs).
• Experience leading product in a matrixed organization and cross-functional influence.
• Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped, scaled products.
• Comfort at ML, infrastructure, governance, and UX intersections.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for core areas of Firefly Foundry.
• Own end-to-end delivery across a multi-model platform.
• Translate complex model customization into self-serve experiences for enterprises.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI research, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Guide governance, safety, IP protections, and data handling as a core product surface.
• Represent the product vision to enterprise customers and partners.
