Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, supply chain, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of agronomy operations, procurement, inventory, pricing, business analysis, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Agvance, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze complex information and make recommendations with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as division subject-matter resource for Agvance reporting and processes.
• Analyze vendor, purchasing, inventory, margin, and sales reports to identify trends and risks.
• Administer agronomy input pricing in Agvance per pricing strategy.
• Conduct sales territory and market analysis and recommend changes to management.
• Develop and maintain decision-support tools for sales and marketing.
• Collaborate with location managers to evaluate product requirements and inventory priorities.
