AgVantage FS seeks a Marketing Manager to lead marketing plans and sales growth across assigned territories. You will drive profitability through targeted campaigns, analyze performance, and coach the field team to achieve strategic goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business and 6+ years in marketing/sales leadership, with travel as needed and a drive to meet budgets and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with at least 6 years of marketing/sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision making.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, the ability to travel overnight, and willingness to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans within the assigned territory.
• Ensure profitable sales growth through target marketing, analysis, and sales team evaluation.
• Create and monitor an annual sales goals and objectives plan with the team.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company credit policies.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales personnel to meet company goals.
• Forecast budgets and support overall company objectives through collaboration.
