FX Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a dedicated professional to coach and develop a team of Agency Development Sales Specialists in Albuquerque. You will support growth across personal, specialty, life, and commercial lines, managing referrals, lead strategies, and market execution.

The role emphasizes coaching, licensing progression, and ongoing training, with a base salary of $70,000–$71,000 plus graduation and referral bonuses; contractor through Kelly OCG for Farmers Insurance®.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Property and Casualty license required upon hire.
• Life and Health license upon hire preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Self motivated with a proactive, results driven mindset and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and supports development of a team of Agency Development Sales Specialists.
• Conducts regular coaching sessions, performance assessments, and development planning feedback.
• Promotes the Farmers value proposition across personal, specialty, life and commercial lines.
• Collaborates with business partners to align strategies and improve market execution.
• Coaches on customer engagement strategies, sales development, and business planning.
• Reinforces licensing, ongoing training, and mastery of product and market knowledge.
• Guides strategic business development and operational discipline activities.
• Leverages AI enabled systems to enhance sales effectiveness and evaluates third party lead providers.
• Analyzes lead ROI and conversion to optimize marketing and acquisition strategies.
• Develops and maintains strategic referral partnerships to grow pipeline.
• Oversees daily/weekly sales activity using technology and reporting resources.
• Uses performance data and trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Participates in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of Specialists.
