Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Property and Casualty license required upon hire.
• Life and Health license preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supports leadership, sales, and business development to prepare Agency Development Sales Specialists for ownership and growth.
• Coaches with regular sessions, assessments, and development planning aligned to milestones.
• Promotes Farmers value proposition across personal, specialty, life, and commercial lines.
• Collaborates with partners to improve market execution and strategy alignment.
• Coaches on customer engagement, sales development, and business planning skills.
• Reinforces licensing, training, product mastery, underwriting, and market knowledge.
• Guides strategic business development and leadership behavior for agents.
• Leverages AI systems and sources to enhance sales and evaluate third-party leads.
• Analyzes ROI and conversion to optimize marketing and acquisition strategies.
• Develops and maintains strategic referral partnerships for pipeline growth.
• Oversees daily/weekly sales activity using tech platforms and reporting tools.
• Uses data to monitor trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Participates in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of Specialists.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
