Job summary

Stoughton is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead aftermarket purchasing and supplier relationship management. You will negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and coordinate with Sales Operations to optimize pricing and margins.

The role involves identifying new products, launching them with sourcing and stocking, and tracking inventory health while driving cost reductions. 5+ years in purchasing and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management in aftermarket/heavy-duty sectors.
• Proven track record negotiating supplier contracts and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for aftermarket suppliers and manage performance.
• Negotiate supplier agreements including pricing, MOQs, lead times, and returns.
• Track renewals and cost-reduction targets; provide cost inputs to SalesOps.
• Identify new products and manage launches through sourcing to handoff.
• Co-manage stocking levels, reorder points, and safety stock to meet fill-rate targets.
• Lead and develop the Aftermarket Buyer and build scalable processes.
