Putzmeister is seeking a Senior Buyer for our Sturtevant, WI location to lead procurement activities across the Americas. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and align purchasing strategies with operations and engineering goals.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing procurement, strong data analysis, and experience with SAP/ERP. Travel up to 15% and a focus on cost, quality, and delivery will drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with international suppliers and teams.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings; metric system proficient.
• Advanced data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead material sourcing for Putzmeister America and Brazil.
• Prepare and award RFQs with contract terms.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost reduction and value.
• Monitor supplier performance with KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and finance.
