Job summary

Exact Match Recruitment is seeking an experienced Corporate OEM Procurement Manager to lead procurement for both primary and aftermarket lines. You will identify suppliers for differentiated tiers, negotiate contracts, and foster strong partnerships to meet strategic objectives.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to define tier specs and drive value across tiers with a strong focus on cost optimization and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in aftermarket purchasing or tiered product strategies.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP/WMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, Sourcing Manager, or similar role.
• Knowledge of value engineering and cost optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills for market and supplier performance evaluation.
• Proficient using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and the ability to quickly learn other software packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for primary and aftermarket product lines.
• Identify and qualify suppliers for differentiated product levels and tiered offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and manage warranty terms with suppliers.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to define tier specs.
• Establish KPIs for quality, on-time delivery, and supplier responsiveness.
• Monitor market trends and refine good, better, best strategies.
