Job summary

Asset Living seeks a results-oriented Leasing Manager to drive leasing and marketing strategies at our Orlando property. You will lead a leasing team, set occupancy goals with the Community Manager, and ensure effective lease closures and resident relations.

Responsibilities include developing annual marketing plans, executing campaigns to generate traffic, supervising staff, and maintaining strong knowledge of property conditions and market trends. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry; Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property.
• Lead leasing team and achieve occupancy goals.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans and campaigns.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure effective leasing and resident relations.
• Maintain product knowledge of the property and market conditions.

Education
