Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead strategy, planning and execution of program-specific materials. You will own supplier performance for CCA, PCB, RF filters, machined parts, cables and connectors, coordinating with PMO and cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule and quality goals.

The role requires 8–10 years vendor management, FAR/DFARS/ITAR experience, U.S. citizenship for security clearance, and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

Eight to ten years of vendor management and strategic sourcing experience.
Understanding of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and DoD regulations.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
Experience drafting, negotiating and executing MSAs, LTAs, NDAs, and other contracts.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements program sourcing and material strategies with suppliers.
Leads supplier relationship management and negotiates pricing/terms.
Leads Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers.
Manages outsourcing/insourcing and transition plans on time.
Delivers program briefings and executive level updates.
Acts as escalation path for supply chain risks and disruptions.
