• 6+ years leading, motivating, and guiding a team.
• 3–5 years using materials management software and ERP systems for inventory control.
• 3–5 years in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee materials management strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Guide procurement, vendor selection, negotiation and contract management.
• Oversee inventory levels, minimize excess stock and ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Manage logistics and distribution, coordinating with transport providers.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with production, quality control and finance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage best practices.
