Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years in aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial leadership.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing portfolios or strategic accounts.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Aerospace aftermarket experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns assigned strategic OEM relationships and drives growth.
• Develops multi-year account strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Leads governance meetings and business reviews with customers.
• Oversees portfolio performance: satisfaction, quality, and profit.
• Collaborates with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Manages contract performance and negotiation of terms.
