Job summary

BRG is seeking an entry-level Associate to join our advisory practices in the United States. You will work with experienced consultants and executives on strategic, operational, financial, and organizational challenges across industries.

You’ll help create measurable value through data-driven analysis and client-ready deliverables. From day one, you’ll contribute to project teams, learn to build financial models, and support implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, data science, statistics, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, healthcare informatics, engineering, environmental science or related field.
• A GPA of 3.5 or higher is highly desirable.
• 0–2 years of work experience, including internships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
• Support board and executive decision-making with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Develop client-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports.
• Assist in strategic planning, operational improvement, and business process optimization initiatives.
• Build financial models and implementation roadmaps to support recommendations.
• Conduct industry, competitive, and market research to inform decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather insights and align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions.
