Job summary

BRG is seeking an entry-level Associate to join our consulting staff in the United States. The role targets candidates with graduation between December 2026 and July 2027 and offers exposure to diverse advisory practices from day one.

You'll analyze complex business challenges, develop actionable recommendations, and support implementation with quantitative and qualitative methods, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, data science, statistics, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, healthcare informatics, engineering, environmental science or a related field.
• 0–2 years of work experience, including internships.
• Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with SQL Server, R, Python, Stata, SAS, Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Databricks, or Teradata is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform complex research accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, operational, financial, and organizational analyses to support board and executive decision‑making.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop board- and executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and other client deliverables.
• Support strategic planning, operational improvement, organizational transformation, and process optimization.
• Build financial models, business cases, and implementation roadmaps to support recommendations.
• Conduct industry, competitive, and market research to inform decisions.
• Facilitate client workshops and interviews to gather insights and align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions with measurable outcomes.
