Job summary

BRG seeks an Associate for full-time, entry-level consulting staff, with graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027. You will work with experienced consultants and executives on strategic, operational, financial, and organizational challenges, delivering data-driven solutions that create measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, data science, statistics, finance or related field; GPA 3.5+ desirable.
• 0–2 years of work experience, including internships.
• Excel proficiency required; familiarity with SQL, R, Python, Stata, SAS, Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Databricks or Teradata highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, operational, financial and organizational analyses to support decision-making.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop board- and executive-ready presentations, reports and dashboards.
• Support strategic planning, process improvement and organizational transformation.
• Build financial models and implementation roadmaps to back client recommendations.
• Perform industry, competitive and market research to inform decisions.
• Facilitate client workshops and interviews to gather insights and align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions with measurable outcomes.
