Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, mathematics, data science, statistics, finance, accounting, or related field with GPA 3.5+.
• 0–2 years of work experience, including internships.
• Proficiency in Excel; willingness to learn MS SQL Server, R, Python, Stata, SAS, Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Databricks, or Teradata.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, operational, financial, and organizational analyses to support executive decisions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop board-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and other client deliverables.
• Support strategic planning, operational improvement, and business process optimization.
• Build financial models and implementation roadmaps to support recommendations.
• Perform industry and market research to inform strategic decisions.
• Facilitate client workshops and interviews to gather insights and align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, measurable solutions.
