Job summary

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is seeking an Experienced Advisor Onboarding & Transition Specialist to ensure a consistent, high-touch transition experience for experienced financial advisors, teams, and TAN employees joining or leaving Thrivent Advisor Network (TAN).

This remote role within the United States collaborates with compliance, licensing, operations, HR, and leadership to coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and transitions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years of experience in transition, project coordination, operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing complex multi-step processes with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Execute scalable transition framework for advisors, teams, and TAN employees joining or leaving Thrivent Advisor Network.
• Develop detailed transition plans with milestones, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and accountabilities.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and align expectations across internal and external partners.
• Act as liaison among advisors, employees, compliance, licensing, operations, tech, HR, field leadership, and external firms.
• Track progress, identify risks, escalate issues, and support timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation, updates, and system changes related to transitions and onboarding/offboarding.
• Gather feedback and share insights to inform process improvements.
