Responsibilities

• Maintains SME knowledge of market trends, client experience expectations.
• Upskills teams on the advice framework and processes enterprise-wide.
• Gathers feedback from field advisory teams and relays to Advice COE.
• Delivers learning outcomes by iterating advice content.
• Coordinates with partners to align to advice across the organization.
• Supports training delivery for field leaders on financial planning strategies.
