Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking an Experienced Advisor Onboarding & Transition Specialist to orchestrate scalable, compliant transitions for experienced advisors, teams, and employees joining or leaving Thrivent Advisor Network. This remote US-based role coordinates onboarding, offboarding, and related activities with cross-functional partners, ensuring readiness and accurate system updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance, communications, organizational leadership, or a related field.
3+ years in transition, project coordination, operations, talent acquisition, advisor support, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains detailed transition plans with milestones, dependencies, risks and accountabilities.
Coordinates transition kickoff meetings and serves as central liaison across partners.
Tracks progress, identifies risks, and escalates issues to ensure timely resolution.
Manages documentation, status updates, and system data for transitions and onboarding/offboarding.
Provides high-quality communication and support throughout advisor and employee transitions and onboarding.
