• Handle confidential member/customer communications and respond professionally.
• Co-present product seminars and workshops as needed.
• Assist in fund selection criteria and benchmark against indexes for WRAP accounts.
• Support business planning, prospecting, and marketing activities for the practice.
• Advise members/customers on suitable financial products and advisory services.
• Open and complete product applications and gather suitability information.
• Process securities trade orders, including unsolicited orders.
• Explain insurance coverage and provide recommended options.
• Assist financial representatives with client meetings and follow ups.
• Collaborate on product changes and service requests with advisors.
