Thrivent is seeking an Associate to provide licensed financial and non-financial support to a sponsoring financial advisor and to serve Thrivent Financial for Lutherans members and their families. The role focuses on securities, investment advisory products, and life/health/annuities products, with responsibilities ranging from client planning to case preparation and marketing support.

Competenze

• Securities licensed (series 7 & 66 or 6 & 63) within 120 days of hire/contract.
• Insurance licensed/appointed for sale of life/health and variable products.
• Licensed/appointed in all states where support work is performed; willing to complete state LTC training if required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

• Handle sensitive communications with members/customers, including highly confidential information.
• Facilitate and co-present product seminars/workshops as needed.
• Identify criteria for fund selection and track against indexes (WRAP accounts).
• Participate in business planning for the Practice as needed.
• Counsel and advise members/customers on suitable financial products and investment advisory services.
• Open and complete product applications.
• Conduct research for suitable securities recommendations and investment advice.
