Job summary

The Partnership Manager will oversee a caseload of 15-20 MCAN AmeriCorps Members distributed statewide. They ensure members and site supervisors understand program policies, maintain compliance with AmeriCorps requirements, and support Michigan students toward college attainment aligned with Sixty by 30 goals.

Responsibilities cover site support, data-informed planning, and equity. The role requires collaboration across MCAN programs, ongoing staff development, and travel to partner sites.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of supervision/management experience.
• Three to five years in college access or student success field.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within-state (in-state travel).

Responsibilities

• Site support and partnership: coordinate strategies with AmeriCorps Members and host sites to boost student attainment.
• Maintain relationships with partner high schools and campuses and ensure ongoing communication.
• Ensure site supervision aligns with MCAN and AmeriCorps requirements and supports program success.
• Coordinate with MCAN programs to maximize opportunities and minimize redundancy.
• Develop resources and share best practices across caseloads and departments.
• Assist in monitoring program metrics and provide coaching to sites for improvement.
