Job summary

Michigan College Access Network in Lansing seeks a Partnership Manager to supervise 15–20 MCAN AmeriCorps Members statewide. You will ensure members comply with AmeriCorps and program policies, foster a college attainment culture at host sites, and help Michigan students move toward a degree or credential, advancing Sixty by 30 goals.

You will build and sustain partnerships with high schools and colleges, coordinate site visits, provide program support, and align activities with MCAN initiatives

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with partner high schools and campuses and their administration/staff.
• Enable sustainability for college access and success in the community by bridging AmeriCorps Members’ service terms and supporting sites that may not have a placed AmeriCorps Member.
• Elevate effective practices from host site partners and share learnings with the field.
• Ensure AmeriCorps Members and host sites connect to MCAN initiatives, opportunities, and resources.
• Represent the department in recruitment processes and share materials to ensure placement of AmeriCorps Members within the caseload.
• Support program administration including grant/funder requirements.
