Job summary

Michigan College Access Network seeks an Advising and Coaching Partnership Manager to oversee a dispersed AmeriCorps cohort and ensure adherence to program policies while promoting college attainment across Michigan.

The role requires coordinating with site supervisors, maintaining partnerships with schools, and driving strategic support for host sites to maximize student success and program impact.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new strategies via AmeriCorps Members for AdviseMI and College Completion Corps partner host sites to increase student attainment outcomes.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with partner high schools and campuses and their administration/staff.
• Enable sustainability for college access and success by bridging AmeriCorps Members’ service terms and supporting host sites.
• Elevate effective practices from host site partners and share learnings with the field.
• Ensure Members and host sites connect to MCAN initiatives and resources for professional development and funding opportunities.
• Represent the department in recruitment and placement processes and assist with program administration.
