Job summary

Imagen, a full-service advertising agency, seeks an Account Executive to be the primary liaison between clients and the agency, overseeing creative across TV, OOH, digital and direct mail from brief through launch.

The role requires strong writing of briefs, keeping teams aligned, and delivering compelling client presentations. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to support a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Account Executive at an agency or in a client-facing marketing role.
• Experience managing creative across traditional and digital media (TV, OOH, direct mail, email, paid search, social, display, video).
• Strong written and verbal communication with people at all levels.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.
• Manage creative across media from brief to launch.
• Write clear creative briefs covering objectives, audience, brand tone, budget and go-live dates.
• Provide feedback to creative and media teams to improve results.
• Prepare client presentations and manage multiple projects with timelines.
