Job summary

The CDC Foundation in Georgia seeks a Director of Advancement Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for fundraising systems, governance, data, and analytics. This role oversees Salesforce governance, prospect research, and gift processing, aligning processes with organizational goals and ensuring compliance and performance across the Advancement team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in business, public administration, nonprofit management, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible leadership in advancement or fundraising operations.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM administration, configuration, and governance.
• Proven ability to design and implement efficient processes, systems, and governance.
• Strong data management, analytics, and reporting expertise.
• Experience managing budgets, procurements, and vendor relations at department level.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Commitment to compliance with nonprofit fundraising regulations and governance.

• Lead strategic planning, revenue strategy, and performance management for Advancement.
• Oversee data, analytics, CRM governance, and prospect research.
