• Experience in Long Term Care admissions/marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• English language reading/writing/speaking required.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Leadership and supervisory ability required.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Answer referrals in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with physicians and discharge planners for smooth transitions.
• Market the facility to referral sources to gain new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and discharge planners.
• Recruit and credential new physicians to the facility.
• Complete admission paperwork promptly for new admissions.
• Ensure all required admission paperwork is on file.
• Verify payer sources and clinical approval prior to admission.
• Coordinate concerns and communicate with the Administrator.
