Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans by dedicating time to connect with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and senior organizations.
• Drive community awareness by presenting to local organizations on aging and care services.
• Facilitate admissions by conducting facility tours and managing resident admissions.
• Track and report weekly marketing and admissions activity to leadership.
• Strengthen community relations by coordinating with internal teams for events and outreach.
