Job summary

Thunderbird Challenge Program in Pryor, OK seeks an Admissions and Recruiting Manager to lead the admissions and recruiting functions of Oklahoma’s National Guard Youth Challenge Program. You will manage a team of five Admissions Counselors, analyze performance data, and coordinate digital marketing efforts to meet class openings and registration goals.

This role requires 4–6 years in administration or leadership, with 3–4 years working with youth, and a BA/BS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years admin or mid-to-senior level leadership or supervisory experience required.
• 3-4 years working with youth.
• BA/BS a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage applicant flow from initial contact through registration and follow up.
• Monitor and analyze recruiting and admissions performance, identify trends and potential shortfalls, and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and admissions records and prepare performance reports for program leadership.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with referral sources, community partners, and other organizations that support recruiting efforts.
• Participate in statewide recruiting activities, public presentations, and community events.
• Coordinate recruiting related digital marketing activities and admissions related website updates
