Job summary

Oklahoma Military Department seeks a Team Leader to supervise 35–45 youth in the Oklahoma Youth Challe_NG_e Thunderbird Challenge Program. The role emphasizes discipline, mentorship, and positive leadership in a quasi-military setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 35 to 45 youth in the Thunderbird Challenge Program.
• Maintain accountability of platoon at all times.
• Maintain discipline, security, and safety within a quasi-military atmosphere.
• Develop a team-oriented attitude in cadets.
• Mentor cadets during residential phase.
• Provide first line counseling and act as lead instructor in Drill and Ceremony and living skills.
• Direct and participate in cadet physical training.
• Maintain documents and evaluations for cadets.
