Job summary

State of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Military Department is seeking a Team Leader to supervise 35–45 cadets aged 16–18 in the Thunderbird Challenge Program. The role emphasizes discipline, safety, and mentoring within a quasi-military setting, including physical training and daily drills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CDL license required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise 35–45 youth in the Oklahoma Youth Challenge Program.
• Maintain platoon accountability and ensure discipline and safety.
• Serve as primary instructor in drill, ceremony and group living skills.
