Hill Valley Healthcare in Louisville, KY seeks an Admissions Director to oversee and expand referrals from hospitals, physicians, and the community. You will lead efforts to educate the public about facility services and drive admissions while maintaining strong relationships with staff and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Minimum: high school diploma or GED.
• Preferably two years of college from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, human services, public relations, LTC, or social services.

Responsibilities

• Present centers to educate the public and professional healthcare community.
• Dedicate 75%+ of hours to direct market engagement.
• Maintain an 80% conversion rate from referrals to admissions and high occupancy targets.
• Maintain professional rapport with staff and Community Relations teams.
• Meet with Administrator daily to discuss admissions and outcomes.
• Maintain close contact with all referral sources.
• Represent the center to the community with the relations team, including health fairs and visits to hospitals.
