Saber Health Group in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a dedicated admissions/marketing professional for a Full-Time role in a skilled nursing facility. You will manage customer flow, admissions, and lead the marketing program to boost referrals and census growth.

Responsibilities include coordinating tours, verifications, and pre-authorizations while building strong hospital and community relationships. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Cultivating/Maintaining professional relationships in the local health care markets
• Generate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources
• Coordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs
• Community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups
• Regular marketing calls and visits will be made to referral sources to increase the number of referrals and admissions.
• Facilitates admissions decisions, and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and families
• Extraordinary customer service to external and internal customers
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community.
• Guide the marketing program which ensures strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals.
