Responsibilities

• Design and execute outreach and recruitment plans for assigned territories.
• Maintain regular communication with students and families via calls, letters, SMS, email, and social media.
• Advise on admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, and housing; collaborate with high school counselors.
• Meet prospective students and families on campus visits to showcase the campus.
• Lead organization of group recruitment events on the Winona campus with other departments.
• Create social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Retrieve transcripts for students who authorize us to do so.
