Responsibilities

• Designs and executes an ongoing outreach and recruitment plan for assigned domestic territories.
• Communicate with students and families via multiple channels.
• Guide students on admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, and campus life.
• Meet with prospective students and families on campus visits.
• Lead organization of group recruitment events on the Winona campus.
• Create social media campaigns with the marketing department.
• Retrieve transcripts with approved permissions.
