Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required plus one year of related experience or two years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and public presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students within an assigned market, including high school visits, career fairs, community events, and outreach activities.
• Manage day-to-day recruitment efforts and travel extensively within the territory as needed.
• Coordinate with high schools and community organizations in the Twin Cities metro area.
• Collaborate with Admissions and other campus partners to implement recruitment strategies and events.
• Maintain relationships with prospective students and families throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Utilize CRM tooling to track interactions and outcomes.
