You will lead a small team, coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and inventory control, and drive improvements in data accuracy, reporting, and compliance within a fast-paced food distribution center.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain administration, logistics, or distribution center management.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in a large food distribution center, warehouse, or high-volume logistics environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative functions supporting supply chain, warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, and transportation teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records related to inventory, shipments, purchase orders, and distribution activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely processing of shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
