Job summary

Confidential Company in Los Angeles, CA seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, planning, manufacturing coordination, warehousing, and logistics. The role ensures product availability, regulatory compliance, and optimized costs.

You will drive cost controls, food safety, and continuous improvement while building a high-performing team across the network, with emphasis on OTIF delivery to retailers and service customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with perishable goods, cold chain, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with growth, margins, and service goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of managers and specialists.
• Oversee sourcing of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and services; negotiate contracts.
• Lead S&OP with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production; improve forecast accuracy and inventory control.
• Coordinate manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and cold-chain operations; ensure OTIF delivery.
• Ensure compliance with FSMA, HACCP, GFSI/SQF/BRCGS; promote traceability and recalls readiness.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement; implement ERP/WMS/TMS tools.
