University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Manager - Business Administration to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large University unit within the Division of General Internal Medicine. The role provides strategic, data-driven support to the Division Chief and Associate Chief.

Hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote) with standard business hours. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience; substitution of education and experience is allowed per policy.

• Schedules numerous meetings for Physician and Administrative leadership teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data management.
