Serco Inc. is seeking an organized, proactive Action Officer to support the Phase 2 Mission Systems Team within the NAVSEA AUKUS Integration & Acquisition program. The role requires a DoW Secret clearance, a bachelor's degree, and at least six years in government or military settings, with preferred submarine/NAVSEA experience.

On-site in Washington, D.C. with travel up to 10% will be needed to coordinate schedules, travel, official correspondence, and fleet/inter-agency integration activities.

Qualifications

• Must possess DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of government or military related experience.
• Experience onboard a US nuclear-powered warship or NAVSEA submarine exposure preferred.
• On-site work at Serco offices in Washington, D.C. with travel up to 10%.

• Strategic planning and coordination of program-wide execution activities.
• Support development of integrated plans.
• Facilitate integrated schedule and risk analysis.
• Coordinate official travel and events.
• Prepare, issue, mail, and file official correspondence.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance office efficiency.
